Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. The service
Slidezilla provides original, exam-style practice papers, AI-assisted marking, and personalised study lessons for tablet devices. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Practice content — important
Slidezilla's papers are original practice material written in the style of the named exams (e.g. "AQA-style", "SAT-style"). They are not real past papers, and Slidezilla is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, Eduqas, CCEA, or the College Board. Marks, grades and predictions in the app are estimates for study purposes only and do not guarantee any result in a real examination. We recommend also practising genuine past papers, which each board publishes free on its official website.
3. AI marking
Marking and lessons are generated with the assistance of AI. While we work to make them accurate, AI marking can make mistakes. Always use your judgement and your teacher's guidance.
4. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract our content at scale, or interfere with other users.
5. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Store refund policies apply.
6. Third-party content
Lessons may embed or link to educational videos hosted by third parties (e.g. YouTube channels, Khan Academy) via their official players. That content belongs to its creators and is subject to their terms; we curate links but do not host or claim ownership of the videos.
7. Intellectual property
Slidezilla's app, brand, and original content are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal study only — not to republish, resell, or build datasets.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and cap our total liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts where consumer law requires).
